概述:酒店英语所使用的英语会话属于商业英语,与日常英语相比更加注重礼节。看似难学的商务英语其实都有自己固定的一套格式。

日常英语与商务英语之不同

      

1、What's your name?(您贵姓?)   May I have your name?(请问您贵姓?)


2、Do you what some tea?(您要喝茶吗?)  Could you like some tea?(请问您要喝茶吗?)


3、Over here,please.(这边请。)       Could you come this way please?(请您往这边走好吗?)


I believe

特别注意:

1、在与客人交流时不要说OK, Sure, Yeah,等等,而要说Certainly, Sir.

2、在你不知道顾客询问的问题时千万别说I don't know.这是非常不礼貌的行为,可以说"just a moment,please.I'll check that for you"(请稍后,我帮您确认.),然后请有能力处理这件事儿的人来帮助你。


二、疑问基本句型分为以下四种:


1、May I ~

2、Could you~

3、Would you ~

4、Shall I ~


如果你理解了这四种句型,大部分接待工作是没问题的。



For example

自己要做什么事儿。

1、May I have your name, please?

2、May I see your passport, please?

3、May Iknow your nationnality, please?

需要顾客做什么事儿

1、Could you hold the line, please?

2、Could you write that down, please?

3、Could you fill out the form, please?

询问顾客喜好或做什么事儿

1、Would you like to take a taxi?

2、Would you mind sitting here?

3、Would you like tea oe coffee?

为顾客提供帮助,征求意见时

1、Shall I make the reservation for you?

2、Shall I draw you a map 

3、Shall I draw the curtains?

三、招呼用语

Good morning.(用于中午之前)

Good afternoon(用于中午至下午六点之前)

Good evening。(用于下午六点之后)

eg:

1.Good morning, sir. Are you checking-out?(早上好先生,请问您要退房吗?)

2.Good afternoon, sir. Welcome to QIAN HAO Hotel

3.Good evening, sir. May I help you?


四、当客人准备离开时

Have a nice day

Please enjoy your stay 

We hope to see you again soon 

Thank you fou staying with us
